Non-NHS Services
Medical examinations for special purposes e.g. HGV and PSV licences, pre-employment, fitness to travel etc are undertaken during surgery times at the discretion of the doctor. Other forms such as private medical certificates, passport application forms, food handling certificates, child-minder forms etc may also be submitted for completion.
You will be charged a fee for all non-NHS services and are advised to check on the level of payment before such forms are completed. Please ask the receptionist for details.
